These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Refariawebsite (the “Site”), operated by Refaria(“we,” “us”). By browsing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Refaria is

Refaria is a Product Information Management (PIM) platform built for the auto parts industry, helping manufacturers, parts retailers, and distributors in Mexico standardize their catalog under official industry standards covering vehicle fitment and product attributes.

This Site is an informational and commercial website: it describes the product, its capabilities, and lets you request a demo or reach our sales team. Actual use of the Refaria platform (application access, catalog processing, data storage, etc.) is governed by a separate service agreement entered into directly with your company before access is granted — these Terms cover only the use of this public website.

2. Acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, or accounts associated with Refaria.
• Use the Site to distribute malware, perform unauthorized bulk scraping, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

3. Intellectual property

The Refaria name, logo, text, graphics, and other visual elements of the Site are the property of Refaria or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to those elements beyond what is strictly necessary to browse the Site.

4. Third-party trademarks

References to Mercado Libre, Amazon, or other third-party platforms or industry standards are made solely for descriptive and informational purposes about Refaria's integrations and capabilities. Those trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but features described as “coming soon” or in development may change in scope or timeline without notice. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding continuous or error-free availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Refaria will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this Site. This limitation does not apply to obligations assumed under the separate service agreement governing use of the Refaria platform by contracted customers.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute related to this Site will be subject to the competent courts in Mexico.
