Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
At Refariawe take the privacy of everyone who visits this website (the “Site”) seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through the Site, why, and what your rights are.
This policy covers only the public website at refaria.com. It does not cover data processing inside the Refaria platform once contracted by a customer — that processing is governed by the service agreement and the specific privacy notice provided at the time of contracting.
1. What information we collect
This Site is an informational page. It does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics tools, and it has no forms that submit data to our own servers.
The “Book a demo” and “Talk to sales” buttons open your own email client with a pre-filled message addressed to [email protected]. Any information you choose to include in that email (for example, your name, company, or phone number) is shared directly with us via email, under your control — the Site itself does not capture or store it.
If we add cookies, analytics, or forms that process personal data in the future, we will update this policy before doing so, clearly stating what is collected and why.
2. How we use information
Information you share with us by email is used solely to respond to your demo request, sales inquiry, or support question, and to follow up on that conversation.
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We may share information only when necessary to operate the business (for example, with email or infrastructure providers), or when required by law.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site does not currently use tracking or third-party cookies for advertising or analytics purposes. Our hosting provider may generate basic technical logs (such as IP addresses, in server logs) for security and availability purposes, without using them to identify you individually or for commercial purposes.
5. Your rights
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected].
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, though no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. Because contact through this Site happens by direct email, your own email provider's security policies also apply to that message.
7. External links
The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms, such as Mercado Libre. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites — we recommend reviewing their own privacy policies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
9. Contact
